Grampian Police Pipe Band have announced plans to sell off surplus uniforms.
This unique opportunity involves the sale of kilts, tunics, plaids and other items of uniform. The items are available at a very competitive rate as part of an entire sale or sale of whole items. Enquiries about single individual items are not being encouraged at this stage.
In 2006, as the Band approached their hundredth year, it was felt appropriate to recognise their achievement by designing a new 'Force tartan' which could be used equally by the Pipe Band and Grampian Police as a whole. A modern yet contemporary tartan which retained a traditional military feel was produced and is currently worn by the Band at competitions and events locally, nationally and internationally.
